Bicep/calf locks, Heel hooks, Kneck cranks, and any Leg/foot locks that twist the knee are NOT allowed in any Division.

Straight knee bars and toe holds are allowed in the Advanced Division only.

Time limits will be as follows:

Kid: 4 minutes
Junior: 4 minutes
Juvenile: 5 minutes

WEIGH-INS

Before each fight, athletes will be asked to show their IDs to the officials. Make sure you have it on hand.

Before his/her first fight, the athlete will check his/her weight with the GI or NO-GI attire. If the competitor does not make his/her weight, they will be moved up to appropriate weight category. Please make sure that you are in the correct weight division.

All one color GIs are allowed. GI should be either summer, single, gold, or double weave, or comparable weaves. No other kind of gi is allowed.

Any shorts with exterior pockets are NOT allowed. Wrestling shoes are NOT allowed.

Finger and toe nails must be clipped. A mouth piece is highly recommended.

Athletes that are found to be infected with staph and ring-worm will NOT be allowed to fight or will be disqualified, if it is discovered during a fight.

OTHER INFO
