HOW TO REGISTER

Early Registration fees:

GI: USD $60
NO-GI: USD $60
Both GI & NO-GI: USD $80

Onsite registration fees:

GI: USD $80
NO-GI: USD $80
Both GI & NO-GI: USD $100

Spectator fee: $10 (no charge for kids under 17)

Deadline for online registration is Thursday January 15th 12:00 AM EST. If mailing registration and fees, must be postmarked by Wednesday January 7, 2009. Registration fees are non-refundable, EXCEPT if a competitor has no one to fight.

Make Cashier's check or US Postal money order for registration fees payable to Focus Jiu-Jitsu, LLC. Sorry, no personal or business checks accepted. Send registration and fees to:

Registration and fees must be postmarked on or before Wednesday January 7, 2009 for early registration pricing. Otherwise, you must register online or onsite.

REGISTRATION CHECK DAY

ALL ATHLETES MUST CHECK THEIR REGISTRATION INFORMATION ON THE REGISTRATION CHECK DAY - FRIDAY JANUARY 16th ON OUR WEBSITE www.mbjjc.com

The athletes must make sure that their information is correct by checking the website on the registration list for their weight, belt, academy, age division, and name information.

Corrections by e-mail:
The athletes can send one e-mail with changes or corrections to their registration at no charge, by sending an email to mbjjc@mbjjc.com with the subject 'MBJJC CORRECTION'. The deadline is Friday January 16th 5PM EST.
